Affordable Pricing

No Long Term Commitments
Are management agreements are all month-to-month and you can cancel at anytime with a 30 day notice. Our goal is to give you flexibility and at the same time build your trust.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our service within the first 90 days of your management agreement start date, we will refund any management fees we charged you during that initial 90 day period.
Eviction Guarantee
If a tenant that we have placed into your property needs to be evicted for non-payment of rent, we will pay up to $1,000 toward the eviction cost. Plus, we will find you a new tenant for free!

We feel having a straightforward process is vital in property management. We want our clients informed every step of the way. Below is our 6 step process to getting your property rented with a qualified tenant.
Step 1.
You have made the decision to work with us. The next step is to come up with a rental rate for your property.
Step 2.
Once we have a rental rate determined, we will coordinate any service needed to get your property ready to market.
Step 3.
To market your property we take professional photographs and videos of your property. We market your rental through a variety of online platforms, our renter database, and other media.
Step 4.
We will schedule all showings to interested applicants. Once a tenant submits an application, we run it through our tenant screening process.
Step 5.
Once an applicant is selected, we get a lease signed and collect the security deposit and 1st month’s rent.
Step 6.
If you have chosen our Full Service Management service. We would then handle all tenant communication and maintenance going forward.
