Below are some of the most commonly asked questions we receive from our tenants. If you have additional questions please contact us.

Tenant frequently asked questions (FAQ’s)

  • Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. Your rent is late as of midnight on the 1st, but we give all of our tenants a 3 day grace period to pay rent. If rent is not received by the 4th, late charges would be applied.

  • We prefer our tenants pay there rent through the Tenant Portal, but we also accept checks, cashiers checks, or money orders.

  • To submit a maintenance request please use the Tenant Portal.

  • Our office will contact you around 90 days before you lease is set to expire to see if you would like to renew your lease.

    If you have decided to move out, keep in mind you are required to give us at least 30 days notice to vacate after your lease has expired.
