How it works.

  • Look at the available properties on our website. See below for the list of current rentals.

  • Our minimum qualification standards are 2.5 times the monthly rent in gross income and over a 650 credit score.

    If there is more than one applicant for a property, all the applicants income is added together and all the credit scores are averaged for qualification purposes.

  • If you meet our general qualifications. Contact us to schedule a showing.

  • After viewing the property, if you wish to proceed, each person over 18 must fill out a separate application. Click the APPLY NOW button below to apply.

Tenant frequently asked questions (FAQ’s)

  • Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. Your rent is late as of midnight on the 1st, but we give all of our tenants a 3 day grace period to pay rent. If rent is not received by the 4th, late charges would be applied.

  • We prefer our tenants pay there rent through the Tenant Portal, but we also accept checks, cashiers checks, and money orders.

  • To submit a maintenance request please use the Tenant Portal.

  • Our office will contact you around 90 days before you lease is set to expire to see if you would like to renew your lease.

    If you have decided to move out, keep in mind you are required to give us at least 30 days notice to vacate after your lease has expired.
