Below are commonly asked questions regarding our application and other policies.

• Income greater than 2.5 times monthly rent
• Credit score above 650
• No eviction judgements in the past 7 years
• No negative landlord references in the past 3 years -
We need the following information for your application.
• Copy of government issued ID
• Proof of income (copy of pay stub or other verifiable document)
• Past 2 years of rental history
• Landlord references
• Personal references -

Anyone that is going to be living at the property that is over 18 must submit a separate application.

We do NOT accept cosigners or guarantors.

It depends on the property. If the property allows dogs or cats, we will need the pet breed, pet name, pet age, if the pet is spayed or neutered, and the pet license number.
If a property accepts pets, there is an increased deposit of $500.

Yes, the application fee is $35 per application.

Once your application is approved.
Once your application is approved we require a Holding Deposit of $500 within 48 hours of the application approval to secure your rental. If your move in date is less than 48 hours after application approval, the Holding Deposit is not required. All lease start dates must be within 14 days from the date the property is available or application approval.
